[Feature]: Store Sample Data in Zip files rather than folders #21

Motivation
The number of files that are in the repo will increase significantly as sample data is created. Change the sample data so that it is zipped up.
Proposed Solution
Zip up each file and store it in the folder with an appropriate filename. Update the deployment scripts to unzip the files during deployment.
