I can't change the Zone Entitties Editor data in zone_index: 559

I'm trying to change the npcs position from route 20. Everytime I change their data it just overwrites I can't seem to do any change in the new roms I export. It doesn't matter if I click the save button they still don't change, I tried ignoring it but it actually omits my input and the npcs stay at the same position. Is there any solution?
I am modding pokemon Black 2.

I noticed and it happens to all of the options (Interactables, NPCs, Warps, Triggers, etc).
Is it due to the version of the app or maybe is it my ROM?
