Ability to run in nix-shell without seperate package

Hi there Platonic-Systems! I am here to propose something.

I want the Ability to run process-compose as soon you start up shell and able to interact with it with a separate command like process-compose-enter. This prevents services without having to do a nix run or build for a simple devshell.

The Benefits:

• Ability to run shell without nix run/build.
• Ability to have it incorperated into the devshell.

The Alternatives:

• Use nix run/build inside of devshell
• Use provided examples in issue Defining services intended to be run in a devShell environment (without using nix build|run) juspay/services-flake#615

The potential Issues that it references:
