Associate secrets with keys

There should exist a way to associate keys with secrets to make encryption/decryption easier. This was tried previously with paths, however nix mangles the paths by putting them in the nix store. This means that we can't necessarily point to a given file in order to know which file to decrypt/encrypt when it comes to secrix commands.
