I was wondering if there was a way to translate pre-recorded Trakstar position data to a sequence in 3D slicer? I have a csv file with timestamp and x/y/z values. I would like to recreate the movements in 3D slicer similarly to the ultrasound image movements shown in the "fcal replay" example.
I was originally hoping to translate the csv data into the format that the "fcal replay" example uses but that didn't seem viable. I also tried to create a sequence from slicer markups corresponding to these points but could not figure out a simple way to do so.

Hello,

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
