Is there a way to implement the RMS Error calculated by the NDI Polaris Vega ST optical tracking decive into the FileSequenceMetafile (.mha) file?
#1146
I am working on creating a workflow in which I use the NDI Polaris Vega ST optical tracking system to track multiple objects in 3D space and I am using the fCal program to capture all of this. I have implemented multiple Tools into the config file, in such a way that I can retrieve all the corresponding transformations from the output file (.mha file). I know the Polaris Vega calculates a root mean square (RMS) error for each tracked tool, is there a way to implement this in the config file so that it also provides this error in the output mha file (for each tool)? Or can I calculate the error afterwards, for instance with the Sequence metafile editor (EditSequenceFile)??
