I am trying to acquire data to compute the calibration matrix, i.e., the transformation matrix from image coordinates system to track/tool coordinates system, using the pinhead calibration algorithm. When I look through the config file, I have noticed the following parameters,
From the name of this parameter, can I guess that this is the pre-defined calibration matrix? I don't know what it is related to the data and how I can change/use this matrix with regards to different applications. Can you please help me with this? Thank you for your help.
By the way, what will the calibration matrix look like? I have obtained some calibration matrixes by fitting data into a least square algorithm. The following is the result (the four matrixes are computed by using different acquired datasets, and different fitting software - python and Matlab ):
