Podcasts with ampersands in name aren't returned for searches which spell out the character as "and" #9

Case in point: a search for "tooth and claw" on the Podcast Index does not turn up popular wildlife podcast Tooth & Claw; only a search for "tooth & claw" does.

It looks like the podcast is officially spelled with an ampersand (see e.g. Spotify or Apple Podcast profiles of the pod), but would-be listeners (or even existing listeners) wouldn't necessarily know that. The ampersand character is sometimes also spelled out as "and" elsewhere on the web, including on various socials (see Instagram, Patreon) or the pod's own website.

Curiously, the Podcast Index search is more lenient on searches containing "&". An ampersand character in a search string is treated as both a literal match and a synonym for "and", which is evidenced by the sole result for "tooth and claw" (a podcast by the name of "The Law of Tooth and Claw: A Diatribe") also being included in the results for "tooth & claw".

I would expect search strings containing the word "and" to equally cover both "&" and "and" in podcast names.
