Parser Error when trying to accept terms on iOS Safari + subsequent login issue

I just signed up and tried to accept the API terms from Safari on my iPhone and got an error "Reqest failed: parsererror" when clicking the accept button.

I did receive the "Thanks for signing up as a developer!" email but the password won't let me sign in. When I try, I get a "Bad credentials." error.

I also cannot a use the activation request anymore. When using the link I simply get a "Bad activation request." page.

So right now I am unable to log in to my account.

Any help appreciated!
