what does the relashionship between robot manipulation experiment and Utonia?

I check the main main maniscript and appendix. But, appendix does mention Utonia at all. it is weird

as in the Appendix A.3, we follow the reference[10], Any3d-vla: Enhancing vla robustness via diverse point clouds and replace the point encoder Concerto in Any3D-VLA with Utonia. The detailed implementation can be found in this reference.
