Make it Rain

Steps to Reproduce:

In the v2 of the API make it rain does not have the lowering special attack by one stage. Currently it says

After looking at the API, it seems that this is a common problem among the newer moves. I don't believe there is any way that I have any power to edit this. I am working on a ML project looking at teams from reg h for vgc. I will write this information for my own use and would be happy to provide the information if someone would like to edit the API or let me change the information.
