Cannot desolve ground up pills in beakers #9289

Brief description of the issue
You cannot put the powder from a ground up pill in a beaker to disolve it and add the reagent to the beaker
What you expected to happen
For the powder to be added and disolved
What actually happened
Nothing
Steps to reproduce
Grind up a pill
Fill a beaker with liquid, but not fully
Try to put the powder into the beaker.
Additional info:
- Server Revision: Found using the "Show Server Revision" verb under the OOC tab.
- Anything else you may wish to add (Location if it's a mapping issue, etc)
