chore(content): remove template MDX blogs from 2022-2024

These were generic template posts (CSS Grid, PWAs, RESTful APIs, web
accessibility, JS frameworks comparison, mindfulness for developers,
etc.) inherited from the site template. They are not Princeps's
content — our first real blog is the Dec 7, 2025 'From Static Funnels
to Self-Optimizing Systems' post which lives in the PrincepsBlog
MongoDB collection.

Removing 11 MDX folders and their associated unsplash images so the
site only serves canonical Princeps content.
