Introduced Nightly environment for experimental features!

I've introduced a secondary lower environment, Nightly (which can be found here: https://nightly.justplanningpoker.com/) that will run experimental features, not yet mature for production. For the time being, it doesn't actually behave as a nightly environment, as in there is no nightly deploy, but should the frequency of changes increase, I will introduce that.

The nightly environment will give us an opportunity to test larger features, that alters the UX in such a a way, where a user test would be necessary.

So if you have a PR, PR that you would like to merge, let's try it out on Nightly!
