JustPlanningPoker will move from Azure to AWS on August 30th

Hi all,

JPP is currently hosted on Azure (web apps), but will be moved to AWS (EB) during the weekend of August 30th - 31st.
https://nightly.justplanningpoker.com/ already moved.

This will also spawn some new PRs to change the active sessions and player data collection, as this is bound to Azure Application Insights.

I hope that the new environments will remain stable, but will try my best to monitor performance after the switch. Please reach out, if you are experiencing performance issues.
