[Feature] Add human-readable backupfile names #63

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'd like to love your software, but I have a trust issue when it comes to my backups. I tried to find an easy way to connect a dump-file in my storage-backend to the coresponding database. But all I saw where some cryptic UUIDs.
My fear is: When I lose my portabase-database; I lose my mapping of dumps-to-database.
Describe the solution you'd like
Ofc it would be great to have the mapping old-fashiond in the filename. But maybe some small sidecar-file in the private-path would also ease my fears.
Additional context
EDIT: Maybe just another subdirectory would be enough backups/<project-name>/<UUID>.dump => backups/<project-name>/<db-name>/<UUID>.dump.
