I am encountering an issue when trying to send the payment command using the ZVT-700 protocol to an Ingenico Move 5000 terminal. The terminal responds with the error "Command Not Supported" despite the connection being established.

After our ingenico Desk/3500 was updated, it also says, the communication is no longer supported.

When I send a amount to be paid via "CommandResponse value = await ZvtClient.PaymentAsync(amount);", then the value.state will be "NotSupported"

We contacted our payment service provider for an unrelated issue the enduser was having. They recognized that was something fixed in the newest firmware version and therefore recommended updating the firmware to the newest version (function code 742 & 740 etc)

After updating to the newest version, the enduser reported, that the program using Portalum.Zvt couldn't connect anymore. I found a few settings that were changed (ZVT was suddenly disabled), changed them and was able to connect again, but sending the POS terminal any value via PaymentAsync and I will get this NotSupported state back.

We also encountered the same behaviour using Ingenico Lane 5000 devices on latest firmware. Using the software linked by @tinohager we found our devices to work again, after disabling the "Activate TLV support" option (in the "Registration" section).

Without TLV, the receipt transfer takes longer as each line is then transferred individually. With TLV, several lines can be transmitted at once. If the receipt is printed directly at the payment terminal, there should be no major difference in speed.

@tinohager In our case we did not encounter any noticable delays (we do not print using the payment terminal).

I just wanted to document our current quick fix, given the command-not-supported-error and the newest firmware not working otherwise as of now.

This linked program changes the TLV settings. Where does this change take place? In the EC terminal or in the EasyPay program?
I use the Portalum.Zvt.EasyPay.EXE program. Errorlog add.

I think its a ingenico terminal problem, because they dont give support TLV on their firmware (i think so)

You can use without TLV support
