Feature Flags
◻️ Who is using and paying for PostHog, but not using / paying for feature flags?
- Identify users and set up user interviews
- Bucket users and define steps / ideas to address each bucket (e.g. use competitor product, have home-grown solution, are unaware of the benefits of feature flags)
Experiments
◻️ "How happy are existing users?"
- Organizations who have shown interest (why have they not started using the product?)
- New users
- 3-month / 6-month retained users
◻️ Experiments pricing
- Approved experiments pricing proposal
- Until we have pricing, track experiments 'revenue' with a simple revenue split based on % of flags created for experiments

- Focus on organizations that are already using us successfully, e.g. have created 5 or more experiments in the past x months

- Calculate rolling metrics averages so account for usage spikes per product
- Apply adjustment to benchmark per product, based on usage tuning (query average usage drop during first usage period)
