Making the roadmap-ier homepage cooler

quick ideas to make it fame-on-the-internet-worthy

• in each roadmap item have a "build it" button that we can link to a product engineer job ad
• for roadmap items that we've just put there (say <5 votes) put "New" so they don't look lame
• let us ask for feedback on the roadmap entry directly as a form and show this to users (reuse the forum stuff?) I'd love to get more responses from people especially as this stuff will now get way more traffic as it's so visible

We do have discussions on items on the WIP page, so we could reuse that for the roadmap. (+ an option to collapse conversations, otherwise the page would get too long). People would very likely use that, we do have lively discussions in the GitHub tickets that are linked to the roadmap, e.g. PostHog/posthog#14330
