Update homepage changelog UI

This should pull in a subset of updates from the changelog that are deemed worth of homepage status.

Additions:

• Icons

Todos

• Tabs that also allow scrolling back/forth (rather than using arrows or trackpad)
• Add icon option in Strapi (SVG or PNG upload)
