[BUG] After Submitting Quadratic Donation, Modal Window Stays Open #558

Describe the bug
After submitting a quadratic donation, the transaction completes but the modal window stays open. There is no indication that the transaction was successful. It looks as if the transaction failed and is re-prompting the user to submit the donation again. This will cause users to potentially submit multiple transactions where they did not want to.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Assumptions: You are already verified as a human. You are already signed in via the wallet of your choice.
- Locate a project you want to fund
- Select the Donate button
- Choose quadratic funding option, enter amount, and submit.
Expected behavior
The donation modal closes. A message displays that the transaction was successful either as a banner or as a new modal that can be dismissed.
Observed behavior
The donation modal remains in view. There is no indication the transaction was successful.
