payouts dashboard token configuration and export csv to work on senders #155
Description
We need the ATL export leaderboard and stats in Excel, and able ot calculate the amount of payouts and at least make it a CSV that can be used as near send or integrate a bulk sender. I prefer donations being donations on potlock, but it may not be most computationally efficient
this assumes a payouts
we also need a way to mark that transaction ahs happened related to payout , this could be any chain but just. a transaction link or specified chain so we can query it easily and display it
