[BUG] "Security risk detected, QuickShop jar has been modified." while downloaded from the right websites

Description

I tried downloading the QuickShop Reremake from the SpigotMC website... This is the link to the exact page:
https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/quickshop-reremake-1-20-2-ready-multi-currency.62575/
And when I downloaded it and installed it straight up at my 1.21 version server's plugin folder and started my server, it told me the specific 'security threat' message and crashed my server.

Steps to reproduce

1. Download the plugin from the following website:
   https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/quickshop-reremake-1-20-2-ready-multi-currency.62575/

2. Install it on the server by placing it inside the plugins folder, and start/restart your server (A 1.21 PaperMC version server).

3. Your server will crash and the 'Security Threat' message will be seen as one of the last logs in your server's console.

Expected Behaviour

That it WON'T do a 'Security Threat' crash for my server, because I did, as written in the file it mentioned in the log; downloaded the specific plugin jar from SpigotMC and the specific main page of it.

Same problem. My server version is Paper-1.21.4. I confirm that it was downloaded from spigotmc.org and has not been modified.
