Pareto Design - Dynamic on the fly toggling of Categorical and Continous values by end user.

Thank you for posting the Pareto Design - Starter.pbix along with your YT video. This has been very helpful. I was wondering if it was possible take this a step further and make the selection of Categorical Field (Data[Customer]) and Continuous Value field (Data[Rev (mUSD)]) dynamic so the end user could choose apply Pareto analysis across other Categorical fields like Product, Region or other Continuous fields like Profit, Margin, Cost etc. What Power BI feature would you choose (Disconnected Tables / Field Parameters / Calculated Groups) and why?
