Steps to reproduce

Running any python program through the debugger causes this error to occur.

Expected behavior

Typically, any python programs run without issue.

Actual behavior

I tried running a two line script, but even that fails. I noticed this error with another program I was writing before trying to create a new file.

This issue was already fixed (see #1306). Please upgrade to the 2.3.4 version of PSReadLine from PowerShell Gallery.
