Minimal example instructions have decayed

Inside examples/minimal/minimal.xml the instructions explain how to make an (old) Sage worksheet. Remove, and include something like EPUB or Jupyeter conversions. These should be more accurate for those new to PreTeXt.

As of Nov 2024, the minimal.xml file seems to be missing in examples/minimal/minimal.xml

Looks like it has moved to examples/minimal/source/main.ptx (which would enable building of the minimal article with the CLI).
