Adoption tracking to Publisher's Guide

In the Publisher's Guide, discuss:

• An adoption list for the early stages of a textbook's appearance
• A "Selected Adopters" list for later, with supporters at a variety of institutions
• Maintaing an email list for low-volume announcements about a project (not a self-subscribed version, but a personal list with an opt-out invitaion). Those reporting errors/typos would be a good start. Cruise logs for people to contact.

Emphasize some work needed for promotion, it is not "Field of Dreams" ("build it and they will come")
