How to work with a grid that is different from the Height and Width of the dataset?

I have seen that you have tried to reduce the grid resolution in the paper and you got good results also with lower resolution. I want to know if those experiments are going to be added in the repository?

I think there might be a misunderstanding regarding the grid resolution we used. I believe the grid resolution refers to the latent grid resolution used to extract query tokens in the CViT decoder.

Could you please specify which result you're referring to?

It represent the results in the supplementary material where you have used different grid resolutions with cvit base on the shallow water equation benchmark.

If you're referring to Table 6, note that we vary the resolution of the latent grid—not the dataset itself.

That said, you can certainly use a different dataset resolution for evaluation. However, doing so would require reinterpolating the positional embeddings accordingly.
