OAuth proxy not working when configure the FastMCP in VSCode IDE

I am successfully configured the FastMCP with copilot in vsCode and Jetbrains IDEs now planning to enable the OauthProxy in fastMCP so that user has to sing while using FastMCP in copilot VsCode, follow the document , getting unauthorised issue like access token not available,

here is the code , i am mouting the mcp route to existing FastAPI

mcp = FastMCP(name="TestMCP")

#Create the MCP's ASGI app
mcp_app = mcp.http_app(path='/mcp', transport="http", stateless_http=True )

#Mount it back into your FastAPI app
app = FastAPI(title="Data API", lifespan=mcp_app.lifespan)
app.mount("/data-api", mcp_app)

Note: it's working if we use fastMCP without mounting.

Could you please guide me

Expected behaviour : sign-in should popup when user start the FastMCP server in vsCode if token not available
