how we can pass variable to remote hosted MCP server

hi All,

i created one MCP server and when i run locally i use to pass a properties file and from that file it reads some env variables.
now here problem came when i hosted that MCP server on linux server and from client i tried to call mentioned below .. so how i can pass variable.
