Dedicated page for runtime upgrade status

I have been desiring a page where I can do the following:

1. Detect each release from Polkadot's github, and provide some search-able list of PRs that are in that PR.
2. Track the status of that release, and provide me with timesstamps and links of when:

• it was proposed in council
• it was approved in council
• it was proposed as public referanda
• exacted

The second half of this is totally done in PolkaAssembly, and I was wondering if you would consider adding the other half as well.

Otherwise, does PolkaAssembly provide some kind of public APIs that can be used?
