I wanna to upgrade from 8.2.3 to 9.0.2 and everything is Ok but in the end of process failed upgrade
ho to fix it

Steps to reproduce

1 install autoupgrade mofule on 8.2.3
2- launch it
3- create full backup
4- show me 9.0.2 major version
5- no errors or nothing
6- upgrade without backup
7- failed upgrade for 4 times

@amir385276 Make sure the autoupgrade module is on the latest version. Also you need to check the errors running the autoupgrade with debug mode on.

everything, everything in my PS are updated to the latest version in PS 8.2.3, and i try more and more - some plans - some tips - like copy rhe important files and folders - but in the end of upgrade process it's failed - as you can see in my pics
all errors as you can see is composer and vendor error

unfortunately i wanna to install XAMP on my Win 10 and then install the prestashop 9.0.2 locally then setting it and zip and copy and extract to host and test it again
setting config files and other like DB

we are living in Iran and we can't pay anymore $

@amir385276 It looks like there is a conflict between the code of one of your module / override. You can start by updating all your modules before trying an update of PrestaShop, but ultimately you'll need someone with a technical background to find what the culprit is.
As said by @matrixino this platform is for issues caused by Update Assistant itself. Installed modules, themes and other specific code are not covered here.

@amir385276 Uninstall the PSR PECL extension from your PHP installation. If you run linux check for the php-psr package using your OS's package manager (for example apt remove php8.1-psr)

as you said I do check anything on my PS
1- PS was installed fresh without any other official modules or themes
2- classic and Hummingbird themes
2- update official modules
3- don't set anything on my PS8.2.3
4- just Persian and it's RTL different issue you can see on my pic
5- and i try to install fresh PS 9.0.2 on my host with 4GB ram and 4core and 100GB SSD but in the install process show me everything error 500
I checked all logs and errors with AI and said me there is composer and vendor issue, because in the official documents of PS 9 is write working just with VPS and DS no shared host

some AI plan to me
1- install PS 9.0.2 in local with XAMP
2- test it and if OK
3- then transfer on shared host

maybe it's best plan for me

we are under sanction and we can\t pay for professional developer or something like this.

@amir385276 Check my latest reply. It's probably the cause. It won't work even if you transfer it from local to shared host if you don't fix it. You must disable that PECL extension.

That's what I told you to do. The error is for the PSR extension. Just disable it. This is a problem with the hosting, not a problem of PrestaShop.
