Prerequisites
Describe the bug and add attachments
After updating from 8.2.3 to 8.2.4, reloading the back office, and logging in, I am taken to the back office home page. When I try to go to other pages, they load indefinitely. The Front Office also takes an infinite amount of time to load.
When I activate debug mode, I see that a URL continues to load indefinitely and refers to the ps_edition_basic module.
404 URL : https://www.domain.fr/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/index.php/modules/pseditionbasic/get-subscription?_token=XXX
Infinity loading : https://www.domain.fr/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/index.php/modules/pseditionbasic/ps-academy?_token=XXX
I disabled the module in the database, then cleared the cache via FTP, and now I no longer have the infinite loading issue. But the back office has reverted to the old PrestaShop style.
Steps to reproduce
- Update from version 8.2.3 to version 8.2.4 using Update Assistant.
- Reload the page after the update and log in.
- Note that the page loads indefinitely.
Expected behavior
Normal loading, ability to use my site
Actual Result
No response
