Highlighted coupons in cart do not work in all situations

* If you have multiple highlighted coupons clicking on the next coupon does not work after submitting the first.
* Also the input field toggles with every click (and if it was already open it will close because it toggles).
* Removing coupons put token in the url and it should be a post request as it modifies the cart
