[BUG] Sorting of values is broken

Describe the bug and add attachments

Not sure if this some regression or a long-term behavior, but sorting of values is broken in faceted search.

It's not properly alphabetically sorted.

Expected behavior

Alpha
Beta
Czech
Černá
Else
Other
Value

Steps to reproduce

1. Create values with some czech accented chars like č, š, ř, ž etc.
2. See that the sorting is broken.
