"data" column in layered_filter_block table need to be LONGTEXT

Describe the bug and add attachments

Using facetedsearch module I got error because the length of the "data" value to store into "layered_filter_block" table was too long.

Expected behavior

We should be able to save long "data".

Steps to reproduce

I don't know how you can reproduce.
I don't exactly know what made the "data" value so long, but it was on a big shop (more than 10000 products) with hundreds of features and features_values.
