Block joins from accounts that are less than a few days old #27
Description
Server Insights shows that this is a very small percentage of legitimate new joiners, and many of the scambots that have joined recently have been new accounts. This should put a damper on that.
There should also be a message explaining this for the few legitimate users who will be affected by this, maybe with links to other community Discords for them to bide their time.
