Improvment to fieldlines.py Poincare plot routine

The Poincaré plot routine in fieldlines.py uses the first (index 0) fieldline as a reference. When running with -full or other options this may not be the best choice. Suggest that we find which fieldline has gone the farthest and use it as referece for the plots.
