Add clearance for M2.5 SHCS for fan mounting

There is currently not enough space to use a M2.5 SHCS screw (2mm hex) as it collides slightly with the fan grills.

Two Options:

• Use M2.5 BHCS (1.5mm hex) and would be the only use of this side of hex wrench so not ideal.
• Add clearance for the M2.5 SCHS (2.5mm from the fan).
