Mineflayer does not handle server login throttling

Some servers limit how many times you can log in within a time period, eg once every minute.
If you log in once, and then log in again with a vanilla client before that time has passed, it catches a connection throttled error.
If you log in once, and then log in again with mineflayer it shows nothing. It doesn't crash, it doesn't give an error. it just sits there.

Mineflayer should throw an error when it gets a connection throttled, or even return an error automatically after n seconds ("logging in timed out!")
