Consider make Bot an Entity and bot.entity -> bot

That decision was taken for flying-squid and it does makes some things simpler.
It would be an API change but that way we keep a similar API to flying-squid which is a good idea imho. (who knows, someday we might put stuff in common between mineflayer plugins and flying-squid plugins)

If you do change, you can make bot.entity a circular reference to bot to preserve backwards compatibility.
