The Microsoft auth endpoint can return either INVALID_CREDENTIALS_OR_2FA_ENABLED or REQUEST_ERROR depending on external conditions. Accept both in the assertion. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
