BUG for modifying name and upload size

1. Modifying the name through the configuration file is invalid.
2. Why not first determine the size of the uploaded file. Because it often takes a long time to load before it prompts that it is too large, or sometimes after uploading a very large file, it takes a long time to load before it reports an error.

Could you elaborate what you mean by invalid? We have a unit test in place that runs on all master commits and validates that it is possible to change the name in the config file, so I'd be surprised if that doesn't work anymore:
