CalcPad does not start even though Runtime 10.0.0 x64 is installed [Windows]

Hello, I am new to the software. It looks very interesting and useful, but I cannot get the executable to work after installing it on Windows. I installed Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtime 10.0.0 (x64), but when I launch the .exe file, no window appears. The software using runtime 8 works; I tried the old version 7.5.2.

Maybe there is some machine specific problem with .NET 10. You can try the portable version:

I tried it already and again today, not working.
No window opening.
Is the software dependant on GPU type in any sense ? I have a 5090 and I have compatibility issues sometimes with some softwares but mainly when it uses some kind of rendering library. But I doubt it could be a problem here. I have windows 10 21H1 also.

It seems like a machine specific framework compatibility issue. It is almost sure that WPF uses some kind of hardware acceleration.
I do not know what to advice because I never had such a case so far.
