RadDataForm: Change line color of text field when focused

I struggling in changing the bottom line color of text field in default, focus and error state .
in focus state it has blue color and for error state it takes red color.
i and using SASS based theme in which i had tried to change $accent, $error and $disabled variable but has no effects.
i also tried searching google for solution. but didn't get any working solution.

I am guessing this can only be done using native code.
