Label selection for total organ segmentation MONAILabel

Hello,

I am runing the Monailabel radiology app inference. I want to be able to run inference just for a specific organ without looking for all organs. Is it possible to select the organ before running inference or modify the script to do that without retraining the whole model?

This is a good question.

I understand you're using the

MONAILabel/sample-apps/radiology/lib/configs/segmentation.py

If that's the case, you could do a post-processing step to take only the segments/regions you need. Otherwise, you could use DeepEdit to segment the region you wish.
