Using MONAILabel with 3D Slicer for Segmenting Intraoral STL Scans

Hi Team,

I have a set of STL files from intraoral scans and would like to segment teeth and gums using MONAILabel integrated with 3D Slicer, ideally leveraging active learning features for efficient annotation.

I can convert the STL files into nii.gz format if necessary, but I’m wondering:

1. What is the recommended workflow for handling intraoral 3D surface scans (STL format) with MONAILabel and 3D Slicer?
2. Can the Radiology app be adapted or used for this type of dataset?

Any guidance, example apps, or documentation references for working with surface mesh data in this setup would be greatly appreciated.
