[enhancement]: Endpoint to stop/pause scanner #143
Description
A request from a user:
It would be great to have an endpoint that can be used to stop the scanner.
- To have a way to stop it without halting the k8s
- To pause in case of capacity needs (in a spike and want to temp have additional capacity reserved)
Also it would parallel the start endpoints
