start.sh should allow the frontend and backend to connect to a different gateway deployment

Description

As a developer, I want to be able to run the social-app-template without the gateway containers, so that I can connect to an already deployed gateway instance somewhere else. Currently, start.sh automatically includes all gateway services when the frontend is selected.

Acceptance Criteria

• start.sh does not automatically start all gateway containers when frontend is selected.
• If gateway containers are not started, make sure the configuration parameters to connect to another gateway instance are properly collected and managed in the backend container.

Will need to port this change over and test it as there is a start.sh in gateway as well, and a bash_functions.sh
They are a little more advanced, I made more functions and created a test framework with a package called bats

The fix is here:

to replace:

if 2>/dev/null 1>/dev/null grep -q -P "foo"; then

If it's the same problem, it's because grep has a different syntax and doesn't respond.

Start issues on Ubuntu. Seems to be a malformed start.sh

Should have a default color so user can default startup on everything or ask if they would like to start it with all default settings
