Accessibility audit: Text contrast

The button "Add resource" gets a light blue background when the keyboard is focused. The contrast ratio between the white font color and the light blue background is not sufficient at 3.1:1.
The contrast must be at least 4.5:1 even in the focused state.

The same contrast requirement also applies to the labeling of the "Resource location/Location of the resource" input field (see following illustrations). Its contrast to the background is also somewhat too low at 4.4:1.

I believe these are coming right out of MUI and could be customized by downstream applications using custom themes.
